On August 2, 2006, while clearing buildings of insurgents in Ramadi, Iraq ...
... first courageously stood up by himself two times to provide cover fire as teammates medevac'd a severely wounded teammate, SEAL Ryan Job, from a rooftop ...
... then, later, went back out to hunt down 30+ insurgent team responsible for that day's US & Iraq military casualties ...
... while carrying 100+ pounds of machinegun and equipment, took lead to clear building, ...
... his team got caught in a bad, deadly enemy line of fire, so Lee, for a third time that day, stood alone, sacrificing himself with his gun ablaze, while his team got out of the building to safety

Marc, I was honored to learn your heroic story and gain insights into the mentality of NAVY SEALs in combat - relentless, selfless, and ruthless.  I hope student-citizens find this dedication to you to be enlightening and motivating - perhaps enough to go fight for our freedoms like you did.
